Machining Capabilities
L&J Technology maintains and uses a broad collection of CNC mills and lathe machines. Our facility has 11 CNC machines in total, 10 CNC mills, and 1 CNC lathe. A CMM machine is available in our inspection room for accurate final inspection reports.
A Forklift is on site for receiving and moving material and parts throughout the facility. Materials can be received from shipping, cut to the specific length, and placed on our machinesin a timely manner.
Our capabilities include precision drilling, tapping, boring and counter boring, using conventional machining methods. We are also able to mill complex profiles, and complex cams for various applications.We offers prototyping, short to long production runs, and assembly of custom parts manufactured.
We commonly work with materials from aluminum, stainless steel,steel alloys, copper, brass, and plastics. We can work with other types of materials upon request.
